Ridgewood United Methodist Church, Parma OH - Where Faith Grows

Senior High Youth Group

In addition to attending Sunday School and LOGOS, the Senior High Youth Group participates in a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year. This group is led by Chuck and Renita Nohejl.

These teens are busy year-round to raise money for their annual Work Camp trip, a week-long mission trip that takes them to a different area of the United States where they work in teams to repair and paint homes, as well as build wheel chair ramps for needy and disabled families and individuals. This is a rewarding experience that they look forward to despite all the hard work that it entails.

In order to qualify to attend Work Camp, each attendee must pay a small fee, be active in Sunday School, LOGOS Youth Club, and participate in the fundraising events. These include hosting dinners, selling various items within the church like flowers, easter hams, and baked goods, and more.

For more information on how to get your teen involved with the Senior High Youth Group, please contact the church at (440) 885-1360.
